Textured Soy Protein Processing Plant

Textured soy / Vegetarian protein TSP (TVP), is made from soy protein concentrate by giving it some texture. TSP is available as dry flakes or chunks. The protein food is extruded from the dies of extruder, the food is sliced into granules, flakes, chunks, nuggets, goulash, steakettes (schnitzel), etc. It will keep its structure when hydrated. Hydrated textured soy protein chunks have a texture similar to meat. It can be used as a meat replacement or can be added to meat. The textured fiber soya protein production line is used to produce textured protein and fiber protein which feature high strength and high toughness.
